ProtonVPN-Next

/ Proton VPN's first unofficial client Alpha

An alpha version of ProtonVPN-Next has been released, an open source, informal client based on the official source of Proton VPN that provides more features for users.

Features support for AmneziaWG with Obfuscation to make it harder to identify VPN traffic. Proxy connections with Proton API through Netlify to improve access on limited networks. Ability to select a connection port to the server: 443 • 123 • 1194 • 51820
New features

Focusing more on privacy; telemetry and error reporting (Sentry) are disabled by default and completely optional.
New ways to bypass restrictions; including support for SOCKS5 proxy, use of Deno proxy and perform DNS requests via remote server.
Advanced network settings; you can specify whether devices within the local area network (LAN) pass through the VPN or are directly connected.
Backup and restore app settings, so you can easily restore your settings after reinstalling or replacing your phone.

Activate Obfuscation Settings → Protocol → AmneziaWG → Obfuscation → Enable

Important: this app is not an official Proton VPN client and is published by independent developers. The source is open source, but if you're using a ready-made APK file, it's best to get it only from a reliable source, because open source alone doesn't guarantee that the APK released is made of exactly the same source.
Has built-in Bridge lists and live resources to receive and update Bridges
Ability to add personal bridges by pasting or importing files
Support for alternative mirrors to receive Bridges if the original source is blocked

BridgeHop is built using Tauri (rust style core with web interface) and in addition to the graphical version, it also has a command line version (CLI) that uses the same main engine.
If you use the net, this tool can determine in seconds which Bridges really work on your Network and current location.

Firewalls can't stop it.

The developer has just discovered the source code of a tunnel that runs your entire internet through port 53, a port that all routers on Earth are required to leave open.

It's called MasterDnsVPN. It hides your traffic inside DNS queries, the only type of packet that no network can block without breaking itself.

Every firewall on Earth must resolve DNS. Schools, airports, hotels, hotel WiFi, entire countries with ISP-level censorship: they all keep port 53 open, otherwise nothing on the network is allowed. This repository turns this loophole into a full-fledged encrypted tunnel.

That's what makes it different from all previous DNS tunnels.:

→ Native ARQ layer provides TCP-level reliability on top of UDP DNS, so nothing gets lost even in garbage networks
→ Sends each packet along up to 12 different resolver routes simultaneously; if 11 fail, the packet gets there anyway
→ Automatic samples for the maximum DNS payload size that your route can handle, then fixes the MTU to the fastest possible value.
→ AES-256-GCM, ChaCha20, AES-128, AES-192 — everything is built in, choose your encryption
→ The SOCKS5 proxy on 127.0.0.1:1080 directs any browser or application to it, and you're inside

Eliminated: $12/month Mullvad, $10/month NordVPN, $15/month Astrill, all commercial DNS tunnels that charge a monthly fee for exactly the same idea.

Precompiled binaries for Windows, Linux AMD64, Linux ARM64, macOS ARM64. No Python installation is required. Set up two DNS records, insert the encryption key, and run the binary.

It works in environments where all other VPN protocols are dead on arrival.

MIT license. 100% Open Source.

A new version of this powerful tool for connecting to the Tor network and bypassing internet restrictions has been released.

changes to version 3.2.0

Added 3 new languages
• Persian
• Kurdish Surani
• Azerbaijani
• Turkish

Improve the management of bridges: previously, if you entered too many bridges (e.g. hundreds of bridges in a list), the program would be slow and timeout when you checked them, and eventually use the entire list, many bridges were down. Now Orionhop is just cleverly checking part of the list and keeping the bridges healthy and responsive.

Support for Snowflake: in new versions of Tor, the snowflake client is no longer provided by default in some packages. OnionHop now automatically compiles it from the source if Snowflake is not available so that this important feature is still available without any hassle.
