Excellent, free and portable, easy on off to enable disable each setting or enable all or recommended and work backwards. Has search function, display only latest changes or all. 264 registry changes, Automatically creates a system restore point, Frequent updates. 

Should run O&O ShutUp10++ every time windows is updated.
