How to claim

Open https://signup.cloud.oracle.com/
Enter your real name, address, phone number, and email.
Choose your home region carefully. You cannot change it later.
Complete the email, phone, and card verification.
In the console, go to Compute → Instances → Create instance. Choose an ARM-compatible Ubuntu or Oracle Linux image and the VM.Standard.A1.Flex shape. Set 2 OCPUs + 12GB RAM and keep total boot/block storage within 200GB.


Things to know

 Credit cards and eligible debit cards are accepted. Prepaid, virtual, single-use, and PIN-required debit cards are not.
A temporary card verification hold may appear.
